IHM administration along with the School Board will implement a flat classroom supply fee for the 2024/2025 school year. The goal of the supply fee is to streamline the process of gathering necessary supplies for students, ensuring that every child has the tools they need to succeed from the first day of school. This approach simplifies shopping for parents, guarantees teachers have essential items on hand, and can help to standardize materials across the classroom.
The flat fee will cover all basic supplies such as notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, art materials and rain ponchos. This will relieve you, the parents, of the burden of searching for specific items and it ensures that all students have consistent, quality materials, fostering an equitable learning environment.
The supply fee will be $30 and processed through student's FACTS account. For our EFA students the supply fee will invoice on the Q1 invoice. The supply fee was calculated on current market costs.
Students will need to provide a backpack and water bottle. Pre-K through K will additionally have to provide a nap mat.
