It was a race to the finish! 7th graders competed on teams to complete a timeline for their class novel, The Outsiders!

8th grade decided to take advantage of the nice weather today and have class outside!
Students are studying the properties of matter in science this week. Today, they were able to measure the length, weight and volume of rocks they each picked out!
Can Drive! Student Council officers collected many cans from IHM classrooms yesterday! Thank you, Student Council, for all your hard work! And thank you to all the IHM students and your amazing families for donating so many cans!!
2nd graders learned about Native Americans in Social Studies. We learned about different types of homes Native Americans may have lived in, including teepees and wetus.
4th graders are some hard working engineers! They built ropes out of toilet paper and tested the strength of the rope with the weight of a book!
Canned Food drive does not end until this Friday, November 19th. Please keep sending cans and/or non perishable items with your student. Who can beat the first grade? 👏👏
