Katherine Keyes is a distinguished musical performer with a rich history in New York City's opera and Broadway scenes. With over 1,000 performances at Lincoln Center as part of the New York City Opera chorus and appearances in two Broadway shows, her voice has resonated across iconic venues including Carnegie Hall. Katherine has portrayed more than 40 lead opera roles at regional opera houses, showcasing her versatile talent and dedication to the arts.
Beyond her illustrious musical career, Katherine is cherished as the aunt and godmother of our Musical Director, Dr. Steven Shook. She has also contributed her musical talents to various churches in the New York area. Additionally, she has performed during High Holy Days at synagogues and churches in New York City, Arkansas, New Jersey, and Louisiana, showcasing her versatility and dedication to spiritual music.
