We are excited to announce our 34th ANNUAL IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY (IHM) POLISH KARNAWAL to be held September 20-21, 2024. A true community event, visitors can expect to enjoy the experience of an authentic Polish Dinner, midway games, hand-made arts and crafts and canned foods, Bingo and the legendary IHM Polish Karnawal Silent Auction featuring items from national and local businesses. Proceeds from this event support the educational programs offered at IHM school, a non-profit organization which prides itself on providing an exemplary education for its diverse student body.
For our Silent Auction to be a success, we depend on the support of our friends in the business community who monetarily sponsor and/or supply us with exciting auction items. By donating, you will be showcasing the quality of your goods and services and the essential work you do to approximately 9,500 people! We hope we can count on your support.
Donated items may include but are not limited to retail items, services, gift certificates, gift cards and/or monetary donations. We will prominently display provided brochures, business cards, menus, etc. along with your donated item(s). Donations are tax deductible. Please include a copy of the tax receipt (located on the back of this letter) with your donation in order to ensure accuracy in presenting your item(s).
